This website is provided as a service to its visitors, including the clients of MCS who use the MCS service. The following terms of use are the terms of a legal agreement between you and MCS. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website and the information, services and products offered on it, you acknowledge you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms of use and to comply with applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, United States export and re-export control laws and regulations.

• SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THE MCS WEB SITE
  Software (if any) that is made available to download from the MCS Web Site, excluding software that may be made available by end-users through a Communication Service, ("Software") is the copyrighted work of MCS and/or its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, MCS hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using the MCS Web Site and service in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
  
  All Software is owned by MCS and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. You acknowledge that the Software, and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information, is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the USA. You agree not to export or re-export the Software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to USA export restrictions.
• Disclaimers/Limitations of Liability
  MCS does not represent or warrant that the MCS service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the MCS service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. MCS does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the MCS service or the materials made available as part of the MCS service will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.
  
  You specifically agree that MCS shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the MCS service.
• Termination
  MCS may terminate your access to any part or all of the MCS service and any related service's at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact MCS. MCS shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account after termination.
• Modifications to Terms of Service
  MCS reserves the right to change the Terms of Service or policies regarding the use of the MCS service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on this Web site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service. Continued use of the MCS service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
